Compliance assessment:
An independent Certification Body conducts an assessment of the company’s compliance with the requirements of the ISO standard. This may include a document audit, on-site inspections, interviews with employees and other appropriate activities.

Audit report:
After completing the conformity assessment, the Certification Body prepares an audit report that includes the assessment results and any recommendations for the company.

Certification decision:
Based on the audit report, the Certification Body makes a decision on granting an ISO certificate. If the company meets the requirements of the standard, it receives a certificate confirming compliance with the given standard.

Monitoring and maintenance:
Once ISO Certification has been obtained, a company must continue to maintain and improve its processes in accordance with the ISO standard.

Supervisory audits:
Periodic audits every 12 months are conducted by the Certification Body to monitor continued compliance.
