Regulations for using the mark

1. General rules

1.1 CertCom certification marks may only be used in accordance with the principles described herein and the concluded certification agreement.
1.2 Certification marks may only be used in advertising materials relating to products/processes that are listed in the scope of a valid certificate.
1.3 Use of the certification mark must be discontinued immediately if the certificate has lost its validity, has been suspended or withdrawn.
1.4 Certification marks may only be used for products/processes listed in the scope of the certificate.
1.5 The certification mark may not be used in relation to other products/processes, even if they differ in minor details or name, and are not covered by the scope of certification.
1.6 Certification marks may not be used in a misleading or deliberately misleading manner or without direct connection with the certified product/process or in an ambiguous and questionable manner.
1.7 Situations in which the false impression may be given that the Client’s employees or the Client itself are part of CertCom must be avoided.
1.8 The CertCom Client is authorized to use only CertCom certification marks in advertising, which were made available to him by CertCom via e-mail from the certcom.pl domain
1.9 The use of documents provided by CertCom to the Client for marketing purposes requires prior written consent from CertCom. Consent is granted via e-mail from the certcom.pl domain
1.10 As a certificate holder, the user of the certification mark is responsible for ensuring that the certificate and certification mark are used in an appropriate and credible manner, both by him and his Clients.
1.11 The certificate holder may not transfer the certificate and the right to use certification marks to third parties without the written consent of CertCom. Consent is granted via e-mail from the certcom.pl domain

2. Rules for the use of CertCom marks

2.1 Files containing certification marks may not be changed or supplemented.
2.2 Files may be scaled while maintaining the proportions of the mark.
2.3 A space of approximately 20% of the width of the mark must be left around the certification mark.
2.4 Certification marks must appear on their own.
2.5 They may not be combined with graphic elements or content from other entities.
2.6 The colors used in certification marks may not be changed.

3. Warning

3.1 Violation of the provisions of these Regulations, in accordance with the terms of the certification agreement, may result in the imposition of a financial penalty.
