Description of the personnel certification process

If you are interested in joining the staff certification process, below we present you with a path to obtaining a certificate confirming your competences!

What is personnel certification?

Personnel certification involves taking an exam for a System Representative or Internal Auditor, the purpose of which is to test your knowledge of the requirements of standards dedicated to management systems.

Who can take the exam?

The exam is open to people who:
are over 18 years old
speak Polish fluently
have a computer with a camera and microphone and the ability to connect to the Internet
have an Internet connection
have an Internet browser
have the Meet (Google) or Skype (Microsoft) Internet communicator
If you meet these conditions, you can proceed to filling out the application!

Why do we pay for certification before the exam?

The certification fee is paid before the exam to avoid being accused of only accepting payment for passed exams!
Remember!
You are paying us to assess your competences.
If your knowledge of the management system is good enough, then you will receive a certificate!

How to get staff certification?

Go to https://certcom.pl/en/personnel-certification/ and go to the application for personnel certification
Fill in the application. Remember to fill in every field!
We will evaluate your application:
– If you meet the minimum requirements, we will accept your application.
– If you do not meet the minimum requirements, we will inform you about it. Unfortunately, you will not be able to proceed to the certification of your competences.
– If you meet the minimum requirements and your application is complete, we will ask you to complete the agreement (by e-mail).
After completing and accepting it, you will receive confirmation of the agreement to your e-mail.
We will send you a request for payment.
Make the payment
We will send you information about the activation of the exam.
Take the exam.
Receive information about the result.
– If you passed, enjoy the Certificate!

Remember:

Before the certificate expires, contact us to extend your certificate.
If you were not lucky and your result did not allow us to issue you a certificate, learn and visit us again.
