Complaints and appeals

If you are dissatisfied with our work and want to send us a complaint, claim or appeal, please write to us at kontakt@certcom.pl

Describe the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will analyze it and contact you to resolve the issue. Remember to provide a phone number, as this will facilitate our communication.

You will get an answer every time.
We review each report impartially.

Here’s how we’ll handle your report:

  1. We register your email with your application
  2. The CertCom Coordinator designates a Team to review your report (the Team members did not participate in the CertCom activities you described in your report – this guarantees impartiality)
  3. The team reviews your application and contacts you (if necessary) to discuss the details
  4. The team determines the causes and effects and actions to eliminate them (in consultation with you)
  5. The team sends you information about the actions taken (you talk to determine if they are sufficient)
  6. After closing the case, the Team reports the solution to the Foundation Secretary, who evaluates the actions.
  7. If they are not sufficient, we repeat the actions, and if they are sufficient, we end here.
