Describe the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will analyze it and contact you to resolve the issue. Remember to provide a phone number, as this will facilitate our communication.

We review each report impartially.
Here’s how we’ll handle your report:
- We register your email with your application
- The CertCom Coordinator designates a Team to review your report (the Team members did not participate in the CertCom activities you described in your report – this guarantees impartiality)
- The team reviews your application and contacts you (if necessary) to discuss the details
- The team determines the causes and effects and actions to eliminate them (in consultation with you)
- The team sends you information about the actions taken (you talk to determine if they are sufficient)
- After closing the case, the Team reports the solution to the Foundation Secretary, who evaluates the actions.
- If they are not sufficient, we repeat the actions, and if they are sufficient, we end here.
