STAGES OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION PROCESS
AGREEMENT – Certification
The contract is signed for 3 years in accordance with the presented offer.
Certification Audit – Phase I
We assess the compliance of your documentation with the requirements of the norm or standard. The documentation assessment is usually done remotely.
Certification Audit – Phase II
After assessing the documentation, we assess its application in practice, i.e. we conduct an audit of your organization. The audit is usually performed at the client’s location. In justified cases, the audit can be performed remotely.
Report and non-conformities
After the audit, you will receive a report. If any non-conformities related to the application of documentation or the requirements of the norm/standard are detected, we will determine the time for corrective actions.
ISO, AQAP or other certificate
After positive evaluation of corrective actions we issue a non-accredited ISO or other system Certificate. The certificate is valid for 3 years.
I Supervision Audit
After 12 months from the certification audit, we will conduct a supervision audit in your organization and check whether everything works in accordance with the documentation and requirements of the norm or standard. The audit will be concluded with a report and an assessment of any non-conformities.
II Supervision Audit
After 12 months from the first surveillance audit (up to 24 months from the certification audit), we will re-audit your organization. The audit will be concluded with an audit report and an assessment of potential non-conformities.
ISO Recertification
If you want to maintain your ISO, AQAP or other system Certificate, you must undergo a re-certification audit 3 years after the certification audit. To do this, you must sign another 3-year contract, the implementation of which will look similar to the previous contract (for Certification). Important: The re-certification audit must take place before the validity of the issued certificate expires.
